Indiana Farm Bureau - Policy Recommendation Submission Form

Instructions:

  • The form has a 60 minute time limit so please have all your recommendations ready to enter.
    • If you get interrupted, click the save or submit button on the bottom of the form.
  • Please follow the steps below to submit your policy recommendations.
  • List your county’s three biggest issues of concern for policy development/implementation at the end of the form.
    • You do not have to enter these again if you submit a second submission form.
  • Submissions due to State Office by June 15.
  • Contact Wanda Hunter (whunter@infb.org) with questions.

Steps for policy recommendation submission:

  1. Indicate if you are submitting recommendations for a county, district, or committee/group.
  2. Enter submission date, submitter name and e-mail.
    • Regional Manager field will populate automatically.
  3. Choose the number of policies you have to submit (1-10).
    • If you have more than 10, submit a second submission form.
  4. Indicate if you are submitting recommendations for Indiana Farm Bureau, American Farm Bureau, Local or Internal.
  5. Enter the policy recommendation in We support / We oppose format.
  6. If the recommendation requires further explanation, enter that in the reasoning box.
  7. Submit.
    • You and your regional managers will receive a confirmation email; if you do not, contact Wanda Hunter (whunter@infb.org).
